SHOEICIDE BY YUMMY GLAM NYC

I consider myself a fabulous rebel. I’m fashionable, but tough. I was raised in the gritty streets of the Morris Heights section of the Bronx. I, however, immerse myself in the downtown lifestyle of Manhattan. I love art and culture. What makes me a rebel is that I am not afraid to stand up against society’s standards of living. I make my lifestyle rules, and I’m not afraid to live by them.

Shoeicide by Yummy Glam is for the fabulous rebel that can get glam, but isn’t afraid to get dirty. It’s for any glam girl who has a sick shoe addiction and can take the pain from 6 inch heels, but is smart enough to pack her flats when crossing those New York City Avenues. Knowing the distance between 12th Avenue and Lexington Avenue and being smart enough to not feel forced into fabulous because fabulous is by default and not by obligation to anyone but thyself.

This is a sneak peek into my Shoeicide by Yummy Glam collection of T-shirts and stationery – designed by yours truly, Miss Metropolitan Junkie. The collection in no way promotes violence or endorses suicide. It represents the painful lengths women go to stay glam!

Raised in the Bronx; spending the majority of my days in the Midtown section of Manhattan, I have a fabulous addiction to life in New York City. I'm a lifestyle writer and social blogger. I enjoy traveling and photographing foods, landscapes, and people in their natural element. I also enjoy attending parades and street festivals in New York City; capturing the spirit and positive energy on video and in photographs. I style people's lives by offering them tips on fashion, food & wine, dining & entertaining, arts & culture, and more!
