Mouthwatering waffles with crispy fried chicken is a brunch favorite! Our chicken is seasoned then coated in a flour and yellow cornmeal mix. The dish is served with syrup and a sweet butter blend. We normally serve chicken winglets, lobster tail, shrimp or whiting with our waffles.
We’re testing some of our favorite southern and Caribbean desserts blended with butter to create unique butter flavors that are hard to find on the menus at most Bronx eateries. Two years back, we rolled out pineapple butter to go with our coconut waffles, but now we are looking to try peach cobble butter. I’m so excited to share our newest southern and Caribbean dessert butter blends with you in the near future.
