This cake is inspired by a baking video I found on YouTube. A chocolate bundt cake with cream filling and chocolate glaze topping. Adding my personal touch to this delicious dessert, I decided to incorporate Oreo cookie crumbs into the vanilla cream center and generously sprinkle Oreo cookie crumbs over the chocolate glaze that drizzled down the sides of this moist, decadent bundt cake.
When the cake is cut, you’ll see a yummy cookies and cream center! We had this on our menu recently and it was a hit! We’ve decided to add it to our holiday dessert menu during the upcoming Christmas season. I’m sure this dessert will bring great cheer, so eat up and be merry.
