COLD SPRING PIZZA, COLD SPRING, NEW YORK

I’ve been finding really good pizza places outside of New York City. The pizza in many of these places are superior to some of the pizza you’ll find in New York City. I love a crispy, thin crust pizza, with light sauce (sweet), and stringy mozzarella cheese. The first bite of the triangular tip of the pizza is THEE best. Yes! As a New Yorker, you must fold your pizza in half before eating it. There is no other way to do it! I don’t make the rules. I just follow them.

We sat on a bench, under the moonlit sky, near a boating dock . There was some fog that gave the night sky a mystical aura. The pizza and Jamaican beef patty from Cold Spring Pizza is exactly what we needed for a quick, late night bite. The beef patty and my slice of margherita pizza was absolutely delicious. Omar had the bacon ranch slice. He said they put a bit too much ranch on his slice, but the pizza was really good.

The views at this waterfront park were just stunning. The park is open 24 hours. The local creatures sang beautiful songs in the darkness of night as we sat, peacefully, conversing about our past adventures and future plans.
