United Airlines is becoming the first U.S. airline to offer non-binary gender options! Customers can identity as male (m), female (f), undisclosed (u) or unspecified (x).
United is working with The Trevor Project and other organizations to provide employee training on non-binary inclusion, preferred pronoun use and workplace LGBTQ competency. United said the decision was an attempt to “lead the industry in LGBT inclusivity.”
