Dining Out Food and Wine What's Hot in NYC

BROWN SUGAR RESTAURANT, NEW YORK, NEW YORK

This Cuban fusion restaurant's main courses were more like Spanish Tapas.

According to their website, “Brown Sugar is a casual Cuban Fusion restaurant in The Inwood section of New York City. Stop by and taste our Steaks/Shrimp Dishes, Distinctive desserts. You can have a quick bite, or savor our comfort food in a cozy setting. Call to ask about reservations, catering, or takeout. Enjoy the great vibe.”

The food and drinks are delicious. I enjoyed the atmosphere – grown and sexy, urban vibes. Hip Hop, R&B, Reggae, and Latin Music boom from the speakers. This place gets really loud and crowded, but it’s still a great vibe if you enjoy that type of energy. My only reservation about this restaurant are the portions. The drinks and meal sizes were too small for the price. This Cuban fusion restaurant’s main courses were more like Spanish Tapas.

Overall, I enjoyed much of my experience at Brown Sugar. New York City is always a vibe! Happy Eating xoxo
