Have you been picking your poison? I’m sensing addictive behaviors and a need for better self-care. Some of you might be entangled in toxic relationships or surrounded by people who are negatively affecting you – it’s time to cut them out. A shift to a healthier diet may be necessary, and remember, “an apple a day keeps the doctor away.”
On a positive note, I see many of you making great strides toward success, excelling in your work or your own businesses. You possess the willpower and determination to be victorious; all you need to do is keep moving forward. Don’t give up, no matter how tough things get.
There’s a spiritual lesson here, reminding some of you to refrain from complaining, as complaints serve as affirmations of victimhood, which isn’t aligned with your true spiritual self.
