This was the absolute best experience of all the stops we made on this cruise. Our driver, Aaron, was very attentive and showed us an amazing time on the island. When we got off the ship, I was a little nervous because they had a lot of warning signs letting us know it was dangerous past a certain point. The signs advised us to proceed with caution. I didn’t notice signs like that at any port on any cruise I’ve ever gone on.
I wanted to visit little French Key and take a photograph with the jaguar. We were told that after the fire at Little French Key, a lot had changed. There wasn’t much to see there anymore. Aaron ended up taking us to Mayan Princess Resort, and it was amazing. I had the best time there. We got an all-inclusive day pass which included a 2 hour buffet, all you can drink, beach chairs and access to some of the resort’s amenities including their beautiful pool and cabanas.
The resort is a beachfront property on Tabyana Beach. You’ll have a first class experience. The food is amazing! The drinks are strong! The beach is breathtaking! I love, love, love this place so much!
