Older Cognacs are labeled V.S. = Very Superior; V.S.O.P. = Very Superior Old Pale; and V.V.S.O.P. = Very, Very Superior Old Pale; X.O. = Extra and Reserve which is the oldest cognac a producer distributes. Think Fast, but Sip Slow. A bottle of Renier XO Grande Champagne – 25 Years will run you about $200.00.
