Uptowners will love this spot. Cab rides downtown can be costly so to find an Uptown venue that has a downtown feel is perfect! I’ve experienced both the restaurant and night life Hudson River Cafe has to offer. I was delighted by both experiences.
My friend and I recently partied there where we enjoyed moderately priced drinks and Hookah! Hookah is super hot in NYC especially in the Latin club scene. Although it’s been around for ages, I’m new to the bubbling aromas of the flavorful concoctions that’s smoked through an interestingly shaped apparatus. I’m not a fan of smoking, but when in New York, do as the New Yonkers do. It’s an experience people appear to love.
