Spice is a Thai restaurant in the Union Square section of Manhattan. I had the Thai spring rolls and shrimp shumai. I was very pleased with the spring rolls. The shumai was just ok. The dough was a bit gummy and the shrimp filling was spicier than I can tolerate. What I loved the most was the delicious ginger pomegranate cocktail served in a copper mug. The little pieces of ginger had a crunch and the fruitiness from the pomegranate was undeniably delightful.
The restaurant has a modern sleek style. The waitstaff is polite and attentive. I really enjoyed my experience at this restaurant. I look forward to going back to explore their menu further
