This has been a difficult year filled with many disappointments. When I thought everything would fall into place, the pieces of the puzzle didn’t fit together. As the end of 2018 approaches, it just feels like things aren’t getting any better. But with all that has been going on, I continue to practice gratitude.
I try to stay hopeful through my setbacks. When things seem out of control, I’m confident the universe is somehow working its “magic” to push me to the next level of becoming my best self. I’m ready to welcome more positive energy into my life.

Amy suggests becoming conscious of your thoughts, drinking water, and practicing meditation. What I find with a lot of self-help lists, is a healthy diet and exercise are usually the foundation for good mental and physical health. What we consume and how active we are affects how we feel and who we become. There is energy all around us from the water we drink to the people we surround ourselves with. These are all things we need to take into consideration in our goal to vibrate higher.
