My father would always tell me “thought killed the thinker.” Ask yourself how comfortably do you sit in deep, negative thoughts? Not only is worrying a waste of time, it can lead you straight to your end of time. Worrying can affect your body in negative ways from raising your blood pressure, causing a stroke, causing your immune system to become vulnerable to sickness and disease, or it can even cause a heart attack. Worrying doesn’t only affect the body, but it can materialize in your everyday life where constant negative thoughts become a reality. It will haunt you. It will cause further trials and tribulations in your life.
Learn to value quiet times in introspection. Spend time thinking about ways to make changes instead of embracing chaos and unclarity. Pray about it. Keep a journal. Think positive thoughts. Speak love and healing over your heart and mind. This is the season where we pay ourselves back for all the energies we allowed to deplete us. It’s time to hit Ctrl + Alt + Del on the noise in your head. Force close all of the tabs open in your mind and reboot your operating system. Your peace and progression depend on it. Happy Healing xoxo
