New Year brings new desserts. I’m standing in the Yummy Glam Gourmet test kitchen thinking of what fast dessert I could whip up before the countdown. A simple cheesecake parfait, which required no baking, made with equal parts cream cheese and condensed milk. I crushed graham crackers and added melted butter and sugar to the crumbs. To serve I layered the mixture of crumbs and the cream cheese mix in a small cocktail glass. Topped with halved strawberries, I was able to prepare a full glam dessert in no time.
