LEVEL UP

What holds us back is our desire to be the same person with the same people in a different space

level up 1

No more ground floor mentality, it’s time to level up!  I had to stop getting comfortable in places where I wasn’t valued or respected.  I had to learn how to continuously transform because nothing remains the same.  I had to reevaluate the type of jobs I accepted, the type of men I dated, the type of friends I associated myself with, and the places I chose to hang out in.

I started experiencing increase when I began to declutter my life from the people and things that no longer served me.  The lighter the load I carry, the higher I rise.  Everyone and everything isn’t meant to move up to the next level in my life.   What holds us back is our desire to be the same person with the same people in a different space, but the saying “every level in life will demand a different you” has great meaning.  Don’t block your blessings because of your unwillingness to leave the old you behind, level up!

I’m going to embrace the opportunities I’ve been afforded.  If I held on to my cheating ex, I would have never found my faithful husband.  If I held on to my toxic dead-end job, I would have never invested in my start-ups where I feel passion and purpose.  I had to change my circle, and move silently on my own.  I accept that it’s okay to outgrow people and things.  It’s not slighting them. I choose to evolve.  I refuse to stay connected to a life that doesn’t encourage growth. I had to not be okay with being stagnant and fearlessly act on my desire to LEVEL UP!
