3. Lack of sleep affects your performance. Don’t stay up late sulking knowing that you are still going to have to go out into the world and be a productive human being. Don’t let anyone who doesn’t value or respect you cause you to devalue all the good that is going on in your life. Avoid Showing up to work late, not being able to complete an important project or even driving while sleep deprived. Don’t let someone who never deserved a minute of your time cause you to make a life changing mistake that can ultimately result in you losing everything.
4. A lack of sleep affects your attitude. So now some asshole not only ruins your night, but also the day of everyone you encounter. I don’t know about you, but I become cranky when I lose sleep. Don’t allow yourself to lash out at others or disengage from people because your social tank is on E from a thriving pity party you’ve thrown yourself the night before. Get some rest!
